Uploading Your Memory

To make the process as easy as possible, we offer a done-for-you upload service.

When placing your order, you can send your chosen video or images directly to us. If your files are too large to upload, you’re welcome to email us hello@aylaandlara.com.au and share them via OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar file-sharing service. Please ensure the link allows us to download the files so we can prepare your keepsake with care.

How long can the video be?

The sphere includes 4GB of memory, which is suitable for short video clips or a small photo slideshow. If you’re unsure whether your files are suitable, you’re always welcome to reach out before ordering.

How long do the videos last?

The Memory Keeper is rechargeable and provides approximately 2–4 hours of continuous playback per full charge. A USB charging cable is included.

What size is The Memory Keeper?

Measuring approximately 7cm x 7cm x 7cm, intentionally small and keepsake-sized.

Can the video be changed later?

Yes. The content can be updated in the future if you wish. Instructions are included.
